Land Rover Defender Project + Parts Manager
Bishop+Rook specializes in the import/export, refresh, and restoration of Land Rover Defenders from gentle maintenance and refreshes to frame-on-restorations to complete ground-up bespoke builds. We are searching for team members that are passionate about vintage Land Rovers who want to join our team and work on some of the best Defenders in the world.
We are currently seeking both Part-Time and Full-Time team members to join the team. We are open to flexible hours, including nights and weekends for the right candidates. Working from home workshops can be arranged if current circumstances prevent travel and/or interaction.
We are particularly interested in prospective team members that have experience in restoration work and skilled knowledge on how to restore and build vehicles from the ground up. Project managers and coordinators with technical and fabrication skills are a bonus.

Job Duties + Responsibilities
We are looking for a Project Manager/Coordinator to assist with the overall management of custom built Defenders. The candidate should have a good knowledge or aptitude for automotive restoration – or a passion to learn. We will train candidates on our internal processes as necessary. General duties:
1. Overall management of project pipeline and resource planning
2. Management and coordination of build sheets for each restoration project
3. Parts tracking and ordering for builds
4. Vendor management for key parts and fabrication suppliers
5. Coordination of resources between American and UK offices
6. Time tracking and reporting details
7. General project management and invoice tracking against each job
8. Coordination of resources required of each project by build phase
9. Weekly timeline and project reporting for management team
10. General budgeting and expense tracking
11. Parts and inventory tracking for workshop
12. Other related tasks as necessary
