Arlyse – Land Rover Defender 90 – 1996

This Land Rover Defender 90 is currently under restoration in our Salisbury, UK workshop. Each project that comes through the Bishop+Rook workshops go through an extensive analysis to determine the best preservation and restoration approach.  We inspect every aspect of the donor vehicle and build a build plan.

For all of our certified Defenders, we perform a Tier I mechanical refresh, which ensures the vehicle will be mechanically reliable and structurally sound for years to come.  Very few Defender traders offer the level of service we are capable of.  When you adopt one of our Defenders you’re getting a well documented vehicle that will give you years of adventures and enjoyment.

Current Build Plan

The current plan is to convert this little D90 Pickup truck to a soft-top beach cruiser, but the more we drive it the more we love the personality.  We will completely rebuild the motor, gearbox, and transfer case.  In addition, our standard builds include a complete mechanical refresh.  How far we take the build is the tough question.
