This is Carmen. She started her life off as a Ministry of Defense Soft-top, spending most of her service in Spain.
We gave her a second life of adventure and relaxation.

Base Build

Carmen started with a little 2.5L NA Diesel with a 5-speed manual gearbox. We upgraded her to have a rebuilt 300tdi with an automatic transmission and Lokar push-button shifter. A completely custom hoop set supports a hand crafted soft-top, made of the best German mohair.

Restoration Approach

Our goal was to create a classic Land Rover Defender beach cruiser that was just as capable on paved roads as she might be cruising across loose sand.  We added a few luxury touches with custom leather trimmed seat and flip-down rear tailgate designed for picnics.

We approach each restoration project with the goal of creating a timeless classic that will last for generations – not only stylistically, but also mechanically.
